At 1:00 p.m. on Sunday Jan. 29, Cynthia Roberts, LUT, will facilitate a workshop, “Everyday Practices for Becoming Extraordinary.” Focusing on ideas from “Practicing the Presence of God for Practical Purposes” by Deborah Whitehouse & Alan Anderson and “Becoming Supernatural” by Joe Dispenza. Cynthia will describe practices that we can use that will give us a life beyond the ordinary. Our lives will become meaningful & satisfying, filled with health, wealth, happiness, and loving relationships when we use everyday practices of remembering our divine nature and our Oneness with Spirit. Cynthia will also discuss material from Dispenza’s book that explains how science informs us how to practically use the invisible field of energy & information that we call God.
This workshop will help people understand how to use every day practices, including meditation and a fundamental understanding of consciousness and science to open our minds to what’s possible in the world beyond our senses. This begins to happen for us when we understand the importance of being in the present moment, which is the eternal now, in order to create new opportunities and step into new possibilities.
A light lunch will be available during Fellowship Hour in Fellowship Hall after the Sunday Celebration Service and before the workshop, which begins at 1:00. See lunch info HERE.
This workshop is offered on a Love Offering basis, with suggested amount of $20.
